Lilia told us Six Apart design peeps on Friday that Vox is rolling out a new "custom banners" feature, which will allow Voxers to upload their own graphic to show up at the top of their Vox. Which is pretty darn cool. So over the weekend, between getting certified in first aid and CPR, and watching the Patriots shut down the Chargers, I did up a few custom banners to try it out, and I gotta say, [this feature is good].
If'n you don't have time just yet to create your own custom banners (though when you have the time to, you totally should), you can grab from the ones that I did up - just click on the banners below until you get the full size version of it. Save that to your desktop, then go the "Design" section on your Vox. Click on "Personalized" under the "2: Select a theme" menu on the left. When it asks you to "Select a banner image", click on the "My Computer (Upload) tab, and just upload the banner you just saved to your desktop. Then choose the color palette, and then click "Apply to blog". Just.like.that.
